YGC is looking to hire an executive assistant who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results. We believe if you bring your true self, you are bringing your best self. Our President is a creator, thought leader, and has a few other projects up her sleeve. She is ready to take on the world with a dedicated right­hand person.

  • Collaborate with President and Marketing Director in creating smooth workflow, including soliciting assistance from others as needed and helping as appropriate; follow­through and flexibility to ensure appropriate and timely actions and deadlines are met.
  • Principle scheduler, timekeeper, planner and coordinator to President.
  • Prepare and organize program materials for speaking engagements, presentations, workshops or training.
  • Assist in editing and proofreading of blogs, newsletters, eBooks, articles and marketing materials.
  • With minimal guidance, assume responsibility for planning, organizing and executing major projects.
  • Ability to expand role beyond responsive support to proactive contributions and ownership for administrative tasks; ability to work independently.
  • Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
  • Serve as the President's Executive Administrative Assistant in efforts outside of YGC. 

  • Available every weekday between 8am-6pm EST.
  • 10­ hours per week (with the capacity to increase weekly hours if needed).
  • Great internet connection at home.
  • Experience as a virtual administrative assistant.
  • Expertise in Google Suite for Business.
  • 1 year CRM­ Management experience.
  • 1 year experience with MailChimp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong problem­solving skills and research skills.
  • Advanced organizational skills, ability to multi­task and attention to detail.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritization.
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
